Special Edition of Assassin’s Creed Origins Includes Paper Mache Pyramid

You may have heard that the next main entry in the Assassin’s Creed series has a very expensive Special Edition. It actually has five editions other than the stock-standard package which includes just the game. The most expensive of which is $1249.50 AUD – about $1377.68 NZD (pretty leet). I decided to take a look at was actually inside this “Legendary Edition”, and was pleasantly surprised at the level of craftsmanship your money (or your parents) can buy. Here’s a list of what these lucky consumers will be getting:

  • A 1:40 paper mache model of the Great Pyramid of Giza (present day condition, not how it is depicted in the game)
  • A misprinted key ring saying “Thank yuo from Ubisoft”
  • A pack of temporary tattoos so you can really feel like a badass assassin
  • An authentic, fully functional hidden blade that’s so well hidden it’s not even in the box
  • A diorama of the Egyptian desert (it’s just some sand)
  • A video game that feels like the last twenty installments, but you’re somewhere else of historical importance
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • A receipt

I’ve already ordered mine, have you?
